Roderick Walker

VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & LEASING

Roderick serves as Senior Vice President of Mosaic Brokerage Group, bringing over 15 years of real estate industry experience to his role. His geographic focus is primarily on the Philadelphia metro area in the practice of investment sales and the leasing of retail shopping centers and single-family rental (SFR) properties.

Prior to joining MBG commercial, Roderick spent his career working with investors on the acquisition of long-term, income-producing assets.  He spent the past five years in corporate sales and leasing as a certified broker for Fannie Mae, where he focused on the sales and leasing of distressed assets in the (SFR) portfolio sector.

Roderick understands the importance of giving back to the real estate community through leadership and education.  He currently holds the position of President for the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR).  He also serves as the Director of Association for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR). At PAR, Roderick has been a member of the Commercial, Industry & Investment committee for over 4 years, lending his knowledge of local market conditions to improving commercial connections for his peers. Roderick, is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
