Shelli Katrina began her real estate career in 1998 and since then she has become a top agent. Selling high end residential properties before recently moving her career into the commercial sector.

 Shelli was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia where she ultimately earned her college degree from the University of Georgia in Commercial Arts and Communications.

Her climb to success began with Bell Atlantic Mobile in Fairfax, Virgina. Then a promotion came along to sales manager in 1989 and transferred her to Langhorne, PA

Shelli's award-winning successes in the communication industry had prepared her well for her transition into the real estate Industry in 1998.

When she began her climb into real estate, she not only was selling houses she began to buy and trade property as well. Subsequently giving her hands on experience of what it takes to invest and manage income producing property.
