Michael's real estate career started with residential single, and multifamily investments.  His experience and curiosity lead him to the commercial real estate arena.  Knowledgeable in investment sales, he was able to join a very successful firm and further his experience with commercial sales and leasing.   Predominantly in the Baltimore Avenue Corridor, he secured numerous retail tenants such as Loco Pez, Jinxed, Stockyard Sandwich Company, etc. just to name a few...   

Michael has sold Multi-Family properties, chiefly throughout University City.  In addition to commercial brokerage, Michael has added Retail Shopping Center Property Management to his resume, and will continue pursuing this sector alongside brokerage services.   Michael is from New York City originally, and now resides in Newtown (Bucks County), Pa.
