Graham conducts commercial/industrial real estate brokerage and development services in the Philadelphia region, providing broad market insights, deep professional experience and a Swiss-Army-knife skillset. His property transaction experience includes sales, leasing and marketing of industrial, office, multifamily, retail and investment properties. His project management work experience includes acquisitions and site selection, market analysis, entitlements and due diligence - for new construction and redevelopment projects. He pursues a passion in historic commercial/institutional buildings for adaptive reuse. Graham cut his teeth with a commercial real estate developer in Denver - project management and leasing. Back in the Philadelphia region, as a commercial/ industrial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield and Mertz Corporation, he developed a property hunter’s skillset and conducted numerous transactions. Through his economic development consulting firm Downtown Dynamics, he delivered real estate advisory services, focused on strategies to revitalize downtown districts and aging suburban business parks. Previously as the Executive Director of Old City District and Main Street Highland Park, Graham created Smart Growth programs and promoted infill- and transitoriented development and walkable, sustainable communities. He collaborates effectively with business leaders, government officials, design professionals and community groups to achieve project/organizational goals.
