Tim Roseboro has more than twenty years in the commercial real estate industry, with a particular focus on professional advice on acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate assets. Tim has a special talent in the creative use of public funds, capital markets non-traditional resources for the acquisition, disposition and investment in commercial real estate.
In the last 5 years he has provided transaction management services involving sales and leasing to such companies as Verizon, School District of Philadelphia, PRWT Services, Lenfest Foundation, Stoneridge Investment Partners, LLC and Mitchell Titus LLC.
Tim has held senior executive level positions at Concordis Real Estate Advisors, The Reinvestment Fund, Wachovia Bank and First Union Bank where he developed an extensive background in negotiation, deal structuring, underwriting analysis and project
management. In addition, he is a seasoned relationship manager having been employed for a number of years as Vice President at the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) focused on business development and client relationships. During
Tim’s tenure at PIDC he served as primary project manager for a portfolio of more than $2 billion in real estate development assets.
Tim is experienced in creating sophisticated financing structures that include Tax Incremental Financing, Tax Exempt Bond financing, New Market Tax Credits and other conventional and non-conventional financing instruments. His portfolio of business has included The Philadelphia Eagles Lincoln Financial Field, The Phillies Citizens Bank Park, The Kimmel Center for Performing
Arts, the National Constitution Center and National Basketball Retired Players Association.
